About me
I studied Dance, History and Museums in Greece, Spain and the UK. I currently work as a performer, choreographer and movement teacher. I live between London and Athens. I am fully qualified pilates teacher with Body Control Pilates teaching on all the apparatus. I have a deep interest in the human body, wellness and preventive medicine.

My goal is to guide and inspire my students to maintain a healthy lifestyle through exercise. I enjoy seeing them having fun and improve their movement qualities.
