Tailored to your needs, private classes can be very beneficial in achieving individual goals and efficiently understanding your own body. These classes are open to all levels. Wear something comfortable and prepare a small space where you can move your arms and legs while lying on your mat. Small groups of 2 or 3 people are also available.
